Okay so basically, had my first horrible panic attack after feeling weeks on tense feelings in April, but ever since then, they haven't stopped. They dont happen everyday but a good few a week. i just seem to get overall stressed about small things but i cant help it, its the feeling of ccompletelylosing control. Its only added to the mild depression i was suffer months before. Does aanyoneno how to get over and stop anxiety problems??? or has done so before please ??
